We have been involved in the full development cycle from specifying user requirements, developing business cases, identifying & developing processes to implement, improve & occasionally re-engineer business processes, either as the sole developer or an active member of a Project Team.
We have created, organized & undertaken systems testing & lead user acceptance testing. In addition we have coordinated training requirements & written installation scripts to ensure the smooth transition of solutions into the live business & technical environments.
